Ned is a lonely young narwhal who sees a tourist drop his phone into the freezing water off the coast of Antarctica. Ned sets off on an adventure around the world to find the man and return the phone. Along the way he meets friends, discovers the identity of the mysterious tourist, and finds a place to call his own. This novel is written in comprehensible French. It has about 5300 words and 530 unique words and is intended for students at the novice-high or intermediate-low level.
